This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from NVRNAGN FOREVER LLC.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We ship via established carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) depending on destination and service level selected at checkout.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Restrictions (Fragrance Products)
Due to alcohol content, fragrances are classified as flammable goods and may be subject to:
Ground-only shipping within certain regions
Carrier restrictions
Customs regulations for international shipments
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods as required to comply with carrier and regulatory requirements.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Theft after delivery
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
Checking with household members or neighbors
Contacting the carrier directly
Filing a missing mail request with the carrier
We may assist in initiating a carrier inquiry at our discretion.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
VAT or import taxes
Brokerage fees
Compliance with local import regulations
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or refused shipments due to local regulations.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or import restrictions, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the outer shipping box (including label)
Photos of internal packaging
Photos of the damaged product
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be evaluated in coordination with the shipping carrier.

Weather events
Customs processing
Force majeure events
